Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, delivering an excellent customer experience. You will coach associates to execute processes with consistency and efficiency, and drive sales and profitability through strong leadership.

In addition to managing stock, pricing, and floor replenishment, you’ll lead training, loss prevention collaboration, and KPI analysis to ensure brand standards and a compelling in-store experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure sound operational processes including receiving and stockroom management and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Drive accuracy through merchandise disposition and pricing changes.
• Maintain sales floor stock levels based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Lead POS and customer service to deliver fast transactions and great customer experience.
• Ensure merchandising standards follow brand direction and are compelling to customers.
• Train associates on merchandising direction, inventory procedures, and Kohl's tools.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to meet store goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to prevent losses and uphold safety standards.
