Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. You will teach, coach and develop associates to execute processes with consistent, efficient results.

You will lead pricing, sign changes, floor replenishment, and merchandising presentation, ensuring standards are met and associates are trained to Kohl’s protocols. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals and performance management.
• Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to make quick decisions.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to deliver excellent customer service.
• Teach, coach and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes.
• Lead sound operational processes including receiving, stockroom management and omni‑channel fulfillment.
• Drive pricing, signing and merchandising presentation to Kohl’s standards.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to maximise sales and profitability.
• Ensure loss prevention measures and product protection standards are followed.
• Provide training for new hires and reinforce company policies and procedures.
