Kohl's in Lakewood, CA is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and merchandising, delivering excellent customer service and coaching associates to execute processes with efficiency and consistency.

Lead floor replenishment, pricing, signing, training, and loss prevention collaboration to hit KPIs and drive sales. The role requires strong leadership, retail know-how, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals and performance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability
• Manage stockroom and omnichannel fulfillment, ensuring accuracy
• Direct pricing, signing, and ticketing procedures and merchandising presentation
• Train and develop associates on process best practices and inventory procedures
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources to meet store needs
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink and protect assets
