Qualificações

• Strong leadership, training, and development abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Assist with scheduling to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Review and act on financial and operational reports and store audits.
• Lead by example in guest engagement and brand standards.
• Provide coaching and development to associates and lead training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
