Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Assist with scheduling using store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting and store audits.
• Lead makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive guest sales and service.
