Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, drive top-line sales, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will oversee staffing, training, replenishment, omni-channel workflows, pricing, and markdowns, reporting to the Operations Manager and guiding a team of Task Associates.

You will partner with leadership to optimize performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold company standards while delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years retail management or related experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels and merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals.
• Drive profitability through operations, sales, and expense control.
• Support scheduling and payroll planning to maximize productivity.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on insights.
• Lead guest engagement and product demonstrations to drive sales.
