Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising. You will coach associates to execute operational and merchandising processes, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction across shifts.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, pricing, floor replenishment, and staff training. The role requires flexible availability and a focus on KPIs and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals and performance management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities for quick decisions.
• Strong people management skills to develop talent.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure sound operational processes including receiving, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Lead pricing and signage accuracy to align with merchandising direction.
• Train and coach associates to execute company merchandising standards and best practices.
• Maintain product on the sales floor through replenishment and remerchandising based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to protect assets and prevent shrink.
