Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Henderson, NV store. The role focuses on hiring and coaching a diverse hourly team, delivering exceptional hospitality, and driving store performance with a culture of excellence.

You will oversee service quality, inventory controls, local marketing, and recognition programs, while growing professionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thu–Sun).
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality in day-to-day management.
• Innate sense of true hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales while supporting growth.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
