Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Operations Manager for our Lakewood, Ohio store. You will lead and develop a diverse hourly team, ensure top-quality service, and drive sales through strong store operations and culture.

You will manage inventory, execute local marketing ideas, and create recognition programs while mentoring staff and delivering hospitality to guests. This role offers training, growth opportunities, and a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Willingness to work 2–3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Hospitality-focused leadership with a coaching mindset.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Experience hiring with an Applicant Tracking System.
