Insomnia Cookies is expanding and seeks a hospitality-focused manager for the Downtown Orlando location. You will hire, coach, and lead a diverse hourly team, ensuring top-notch service, product quality, and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components focusing on food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
