Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct supervisor with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain awareness of company strategy and model core values to foster teamwork.
• Ensure inventory procedures, cash control, and product handling meet policies and minimize losses.
