CubeSmart Self-Storage in Fremont, CA is seeking a Store Operations Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient day-to-day operations.

You will lead customer interactions, manage leasing, process payments, and supervise store expenses while maintaining a clean, safe facility. Must be able to work Saturdays, drive, and navigate MS Office tasks; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to serve diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operations focus.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and current insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS system, completing daily deposits, and following up on late payments.
• Managing the invoice review and approval responsibilities within database.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and legal process of auctions.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget while maintaining store supplies and retail inventory.
