Dollar General Corporation seeks an experienced store leadership professional to manage all store operations, including staffing, training, merchandising, and daily financial controls. You will recruit and retain team members, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provides proper training for employees; conducts performance evaluations; identifies gaps for counseling or termination.
• Makes recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinates meetings and events.
• Ensures store opens/closes as required and remains compliant with policies.
• Evaluates operating statements to identify trends and control expenses; reviews inventory issues.
• Oversees ordering and stocking to meet in-stock targets; reviews BSR and cycle counts.
• Maintains merchandising standards and pricing, signage, and presentation.
• Maintains accurate inventory and cash controls; ensures cashier accountability.
