Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensures store is staffed.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and counsels when needed.
• Makes recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates expectations; coordinates safety and policy compliance.
• Ensures store opens/closes per schedule and stays staffed.
• Monitors sales, profitability, and inventory to identify trends.
• Manages ordering and replenishment to meet in-stock targets.
• Oversees merchandising, pricing, and signage per guidelines.
• Maintains inventory controls and cash accountability.
• Delivers excellent customer service leadership and a clean store.
