Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to laws and company policies.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and coaches staff.

• Analyzes sales, profitability, and shrink to identify opportunities.
