Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, select and retain qualified employees per laws and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation and selling.
• Staff recruitment, scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage.
• Conduct training, evaluations, and counseling; address performance gaps as needed.
• Set expectations for safety, policy adherence and customer service.
• Open/close store operations on a regular basis and manage daily cash control.
• Analyze store performance and identify trends in sales, profitability, and shrink.
• Oversee inventory management, stocking plans and cycle counts.
• Ensure fixtures, pricing and signage are correct and store is clean and organized.
