MFA Oil Company seeks a Big O Store Manager to lead a Big O Tire Store, oversee costs and profitability, train and manage the team, and ensure the facility meets operational standards and safety requirements.

You will handle daily customer interactions, scheduling, merchandising, promotions, and reporting while maintaining store appearance and delivering 100% service quality. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain the state Motor Vehicle Inspection license within one year of hire.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop, and management, developing and maintaining the ability to perform all functions as needed.
• Ensure prompt and consistent opening and closing of location based on store hours of operation.
• Promote sales through explaining benefits of service and products to customers.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel, implement training programs, and execute all company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee daily transactions including cash handling to ensure drawers balance; verify and approve employee purchases and customer satisfaction expenditures.
