Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and training needs.
• Comply with store policies and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
• Models company values and maintains teamwork
• Monitors community environment and informs adjustments to maintain competitiveness
• Provides product feedback and supports merchandising decisions
• Participates in interviewing store personnel
• Ensures inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control
• Resolves customer concerns in the leader's absence

• Maintains store cleanliness and signage
• Assists with stock levels and product ordering
• Merchandises products to maximize sales
