Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and staff development. You will help manage merchandise flow from delivery to shelf, assist with opening/closing, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
