Job summary

Lowe’s in Anchorage is seeking an experienced store leader to guide a team of supervisors and associates across product categories. You will drive customer service excellence, maintain in-stock positions, and ensure the store remains clean and safe while meeting daily goals.

The role requires hands-on coaching, performance management, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize operations, reduce waste, and enhance the Pro customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading associates in retail environment.
• 3 years in fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year managing a team of sales associates (commissioned or non) in retail or related industry.
• Experience with store operations and daily processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates across product categories.
• Ensure SMART customer service and in-stock conditions.
• Set and track service and operational goals daily.
• Coach and mentor team members and address performance issues.
• Drive store opening/closing, scheduling and payroll alignment.
• Maintain safety, shrink prevention, and proper signage.
