Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates to hit sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; manage inventory and shrink.
• Promote the membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff retention.
• Support administrative tasks, scheduling, and adherence to policies.
