Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards across the store.

You will lead and mentor a dynamic team, participate in hiring and training, and maintain compliance with company policies, while promoting Miniso loyalty programs and maintaining a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management with team leadership.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Willing to relocate or travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates under the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales and loyalty through the Miniso membership program.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, returns and supplies.
• Support hiring, training, staffing and retention.
• Assist in scheduling, policy adherence and admin tasks.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store condition compliance.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to the team.
• Maintain safe, clean store operations in a fast-paced environment.
