Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by advising customers on products and maintaining presentation standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30–60–90 day plans and staffing within budgets.
• Communicate goals to teammates and assign workload to maximize efficiency while meeting payroll targets.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop direct reports; maintain a welcoming, respectful store environment.
• Enforce safety and operating procedures and hold teammates accountable.
