Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a capable retail professional to support store operations at our Cannon Falls, MN location. The role emphasizes ensuring efficient shift coverage and contributing to financial performance by supporting department teams.

You will monitor policy adherence, assist customers at the cashier desk, maintain store safety, and help keep the floor well stocked and organized. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; one year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor associate adherence to company policies.
• Run cashier register and courtesy counter desk; handle customer concerns.
• Know store layout and location of safety and emergency equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections; provide feedback to department managers.
• In the absence of the Store Director or department manager, be responsible for time clock maintenance.
• May close store: lock doors, turn off lights, arm store, etc.
• Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked store.
• Follow PPE and Safety Guidelines; follow Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations; follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
