Job summary

SpartanNash in Cannon Falls, Minnesota is looking for team members to display and stock products, ensuring guest satisfaction and safe store operations. You will stock back rooms, merchandise shelves, and assist with ordering under supervision.

Qualifications

• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Detail oriented with basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise in the back room.
• Properly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays on sales floor.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Have familiarity with all products carried in the departments and know the product locations in the store.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.
• Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
