• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in retail store freight flow logistics.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of supervisors and associates supporting product categories.
• Models behaviors to deliver SMART customer service and maintain in-stock position.
• Sets and tracks clear service and operation goals for the team.
• Provides coaching, feedback and development opportunities to team members.
• Manages performance and addresses concerns with supervisors.
• Drives execution of service, reset, pricing and operational programs.
• Escalates customer issues to senior management or HR when needed.
• Oversees store opening/closing procedures and payroll planning.
