Lowe’s, a leading home improvement retailer, seeks an experienced store leader to oversee supervision, customer service, and daily operations. You will drive engagement, coaching, and performance across departments while ensuring in-stock levels, pricing integrity, and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong team leadership, sales execution, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to meet store goals and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Formación

• Experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional work settings.
• Experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Experience managing a sales team in retail or related sectors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with store freight flow logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct leadership over supervisors and associates supporting product categories.
• Drive SMART customer service, in-stock positions, and store cleanliness.
• Set and track clear service and operational goals daily.
• Coach and mentor team members, offering feedback and development.
• Lead store opening/closing, and manage payroll within forecasted plans.
• Identify sales opportunities and action plans to improve in-stock, sales, and margin.
• Ensure safe operation of power equipment and shrink prevention.
• Act as MOD, driving engagement, staffing, and customer interactions.
• Lead self-development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee MST ASM responsibilities including reset, service, and pricing.
