Job summary

lululemon Athletica in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to keep our retail store running smoothly. You will manage payroll-related tasks, inventory, vendor relationships, and store technology while supporting the Store Manager’s vision.

You will write weekly schedules, monitor labor and budget, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Travel to nearby stores may be required; ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store location.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget data (P&L, expenses) and inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership and schedule coverage for efficient operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor hours.
• Execute company-level operations directives from SSC.
• Uphold safety policies and work according to applicable laws.
