Job summary

Floor & Decor in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, ensure a safe and engaging shopping environment, and drive profitability. You will supervise inventory, payroll, and merchandising while coaching associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage high-volume operations with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Review and interpret profit and loss statements to identify improvements
• Use POS systems to manage inventory and cycle counts
• Maintain inventory integrity and supervise cycle counts
• Assist General Manager with HR, loss prevention, and budgeting
• Ensure store safety, brand standards, and store presentation
• Lead scheduling to maximize coverage during peak times
• Monitor and develop associate performance and retention
