Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a store operations leader to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while safeguarding safety and profitability through effective daily operations, inventory control, and adherence to company guidelines.

You will support the General Manager by supervising associates, managing costs, and ensuring brand and SOP compliance. The role requires strong customer service focus and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with urgency

Responsibilities

• Manage operations to ensure store profitability and adherence to brand standards
• Review profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement
• Supervise inventory integrity and cycle counts
• Assist the General Manager with HR matters and loss prevention issues
• Ensure scheduling coverage and customer service excellence during peak periods
• Coordinate facility management to ensure safety for customers and employees
