Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to maximize profitability and ensure safety.
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts via POS systems.
• Support General Manager on HR issues and loss prevention as needed.
• Supervise cash handling and coordinate with corporate finance.
• Ensure brand and store standards, displays, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Staff scheduling to ensure coverage during peak times.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to store associates.
