Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience

• Oversee store operations and profitability
• Read and review profit and loss statements to identify improvements
• Supervise inventory, cycle counts, and POS system usage
• Assist GM with HR issues, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ensure brand and store presentation standards are met
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales
• Manage cash handling and interfacing with finance
• Coordinate safety, security, and OSHA compliance
• Lead recruiting, training, and performance management
• Open/close store and manage daily operations
