Goodwill is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Oceanside to lead daily store activities, ensure revenue goals, and maintain safety and service standards. You will drive customer and donor satisfaction while managing wage-hour compliance and staff development in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail operations, and ability to implement process improvements and 4DX/Kaizen initiatives. This position is based at a California store.

Formación

• Education: High School Graduate or GED required; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Five years minimum of related experience.
• Computer skills: Email, Internet use, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Certificates & Licenses: CA Driver’s License, proof of insurance and driving record acceptable; insured vehicle.
• Ability to operate electronic cash register and perform basic arithmetic.
