Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Five years minimum of related experience.
• Valid CA Driver’s License, proof of insurance and vehicle.
• Ability to operate electronic cash register and perform basic arithmetic.
• Read and analyze sales reports and maintain compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, reports, and revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Ensure pricing, quality and product availability meet standards.
• Analyze store performance and coordinate with District Manager.
• Investigate issues and drive resolutions with staff feedback.
• Maintain safe, clean, well merchandised store per policies.
• Motivate, train, coach, and develop staff to meet goals.
• Support organizational initiatives and participate in interviews.
• Ensure wage and hour compliance and employee relations as needed.
