Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word/Excel).
• Must have CA Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Operations Manager with daily operations and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors; ensure pricing/quality standards.
• Aid in schedules, store planning and timely reporting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized store with merchandise.
• Step in for Manager in their absence.
• Help resolve employment-related issues per policies and laws.
• Lead, train and develop staff to meet objectives.
• Assist with annual performance reviews, 5-Minute Goal Setting, P&Ls and budgets.
• Implement 4DX and Kaizen continuous improvement.
• Report concerns and handle other duties as needed.
