Job summary

Goodwill Industries of San Diego County seeks a Store Operations Associate to assist the Store/Operations Manager with daily department operations and achieving revenue goals. You will help train staff, supervise activities, and ensure customer service excellence for donors and shoppers.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, performance evaluations, and maintaining an orderly, safe store. Occasional relocation within 25 miles of San Diego County may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One to two years related experience.
• CA Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store/Operations Manager with daily department operations.
• Ensure store revenue and goals are met.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Prepare and issue Annual Performance Evaluations and 5-Minute Goal Setting Conversations, P&Ls, and budgets.
• Maintain safe, clean and well-organized store with merchandised.
• Address employment relationship issues per policies and laws.
