Floor & Decor in Lowell, Arkansas is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in accordance with company guidelines. You will oversee inventory, scheduling, training, and safety to maximize profitability while maintaining brand standards.

You will partner with the General Manager to manage P&L, control expenses, and ensure superior customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location.
• Strong recruiting, hiring, and training skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Strong organizational and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review P&L statements to identify profit improvement opportunities.
• Oversee inventory integrity and cycle counts; supervise count processes.
• Assist the General Manager with HR, loss prevention, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure cash handling practices meet policy and coordinate with Finance as needed.
• Coordinate facility management to ensure safety and security for customers and employees.
• Assist in scheduling to maximize coverage during peak periods and events.
• Maintain COP/SOPs and ensure brand standards and merchandising are upheld.
• Lead store presentation, merchandising resets, displays and display credits as required.
• Supervise direct reports, develop staffing plans, and address performance issues.
