Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Cave Springs, AR to lead daily store functions, ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment, and drive profitability through accurate inventory and efficient operations.

You will supervise merchandising, scheduling, HR, and adherence to brand standards while delivering exceptional client service and a seamless checkout experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Must possess ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Ability to manage scheduling, payroll and budgeting processes.
• Experience with safety and OSHA logs.

Responsibilities

• Review profit and loss to identify areas of improvement.
• Supervise inventory and cycle counts; ensure inventory integrity.
• Assist General Manager with HR issues and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain brand and operating standards; ensure store presentation.
• Support customer service focus and ensure efficient checkout.
• Manage scheduling for peak traffic and overall workforce.
• Ensure COP/SOPs compliance and safety policies.
• Oversee staff development and training.
