Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead day-to-day retail activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate inventory, and efficient store performance. You will supervise store staff, manage POS systems, and assist in budgeted profitability while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, complex location.

Aufgaben

• Read and review profit and loss statements to identify improvement areas.
• Manage POS and inventory counts, ensure accuracy and cycle counts.
• Oversee inventory integrity and cycle counts.
• Support General Manager on HR and loss prevention issues.
• Oversee cash handling practices and coordinate with finance.
• Ensure store safety and security in operations.
• Help manage expenses and drive profitability within budget.
• Maintain brand and operating standards for consistency.
• Ensure store presentation and customer service excellence.
• Support, model, and reinforce customer-focused service at checkout.
• Oversee scheduling coverage during peak times.
• Interface with corporate HQ and maintain records (HR, inventory, cash).
• Coordinate e-commerce order processing and shipping of web orders.
