You will analyze KPIs, develop talent, and foster a culture of trust and accountability to deliver WOW moments for every guest. Reporting to the Store Leader, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and systemic thinking to resolve operational hurdles.
• Expert facilitator with experience delivering training and coaching to diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence with continuous learning mindset.
• Authentic, clear communication to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own floor management and daily store operations, maintaining a premium environment.
• Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy, elevating customer-centric service in every interaction.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and implement actionable changes.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training for professional development.
• Drive the store vision and foster trust and shared accountability.
