Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail leadership experience.

• Act as the ultimate owner of fan experience and relationship-first culture.
• Create strategies driving operational excellence, profitability, and team productivity.
• Lead community engagement programs to energize local brand presence.
• Set standards for premium in-store execution and merchandise mix.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team with strategic hiring and delegation.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and support team well-being.
• Plan and oversee training to deliver WOW and master operations topics.
