Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader to elevate our premium retail experience. You will own floor operations, drive operational excellence, and empower the team to deliver the brand’s WOW moments.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will optimize workflows, coach staff on Cloud CX, manage stock, and analyze KPIs to sustain high performance. This role requires 5+ years in retail leadership and a passion for service culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium/high-touch service environments.
Strong problem-solving with systemic thinking to solve operational hurdles.
Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching.
High emotional intelligence and ongoing professional development.
Authentic, clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance, reflecting premium standards.
Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy, delivering customer-centric service excellence.
Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and drive positive change in store performance.
Identify skill gaps and run training sessions as a champion for development.
Drive the store vision with trust and shared accountability.
