Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of store operations, including financial performance, personnel management, front-end cash register operations, floor and visual processes, and loss prevention. All Store Supervisors will be cross-trained in Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a lead/supervisory role with 3–10 staff.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, audits, and cost controls.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with computer systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations.
• Manage front-end cash operations, banking, and daily reports.
• Oversee processing, cashiering, sales floor, and visual merchandising.
• Lead training and cross-training of staff.
• Enforce policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Prepare employee schedules.
