Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees according to policy; ensure store is staffed.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel staff as needed.
• Open and close the store regularly; ensure operational readiness daily.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stock levels, merchandising and pricing to meet targets.
• Monitor inventory, shrink, and accuracy; implement loss-prevention measures.
• Lead customer service excellence and safe, clean store environment.
