Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Open and close the store as needed with adherence to schedules.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and inventory; manage ordering and replenishment.
• Ensure customer service leadership and a clean, safe shopping environment.
