Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with multitasking ability.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donation door to store floor process and ensures a customer-centric experience.
• Provides oversight, guidance, and support to team members and leaders as directed.
• Assists in hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development.
• Supports execution of business strategies to meet sales and production goals.
• Ensures store presentation, layout, safety, and adherence to policies.
