Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations at our Clarendon location to lead daily store operations, manage labor and scheduling, and support the P&L, budget, and vendor relationships. The role also covers inventory control, guest experience, and people-related administrative tasks under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The position requires 1 year of operations experience, strong leadership, and a focus on inclusivity and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration.
• Experience with scheduling and management of labor hours.
• Experience managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor budget.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate inventory and labor hours to receive product deliveries.
• Execute operations directives from corporate and SSC.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to policies.
