Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Provides proper training for employees; conducts performance evaluations.
• Manages store staffing levels and scheduling.
• Monitors safety, security and compliance with company policies.
• Oversees opening and closing duties and daily store operations.
