Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees to ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and counsel staff as needed.
• Manage store opening/closing and daily operations.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and shrink; adjust stock plans weekly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing and signage according to policy.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Lead customer service initiatives and maintain a safe store environment.
