Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as department/ store manager or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop associates.
• Experience using KPIs to identify opportunities and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a superior customer experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads.
• Communicate results and action plans based on Associate Insight surveys.
• Manage total store operations in the manager's absence.
• Achieve weekly and annual sales and budget targets.
• Drive sales and reduce shrink with department managers.
• Support staffing, retention, and labor cost management.
